Why won’t my garage door close?
If your garage door won’t close, it’s could be due to a tension issue, force sensitivity problem, or something jamming. At Supreme Garage Doors, I fix problems like this every day and can quickly diagnose the problem over the phone. This issue can normally be fixed for the cost of a standard repair. How much does a garage door repair cost?
Repair costs vary depending on the issue, but most standard reapirs are only $165.00 inc GST. At Supreme Garage Doors, I pride myslef on low prices and no surprises. If you’re in Richlands or nearby, call me for a fixed-price quote over the phone. If I can’t fix your door, you don’t pay a cent.
Should I repair or replace my garage door?
If there is life left in your old garage door, I will be able to get it running for you, and often for the price of a standard repair. However sometimes an old door is just too far gone to save. If that’s the case, I will give you a free quote instead. No call-out fee!
Why is my garage door so noisy?
Grinding, squeaking, or banging sounds can sometimes be due to a lack of lubrication. However sometimes it can be due to something far worse. If left unchecked, this can lead to bigger issues. At Supreme Garage Doors, I guarantee you honest, expert advice, and due to my years of experience, I can often fix an old door that other companies claim is unrepairable!
Do you offer emergency garage door repairs?
The honest answer- Sometimes! I understand a stuck or broken garage door can be a real emergency. It’s worth calling me first. I will help if I can. If I can’t get to you, I can certainly recommed someone else (almost as good as me) that you can call.
How long does it take to replace a garage door?
At the time of this writing, my manufacturers are quoting 4 weeks to make a brand new door in your size and colour. When ready, your installation can be completed in less than a day (unless it’s an exceptionally big or complicated job). I will happily remove your old door and dump it for you as well. Can I fix my garage door myself?
DIY fixes can be risky, mostly due to the massive spring tension and powerful motors. Be extremely careful before you undo anything, as it could be under tension. For your safety (and warranty), it’s best to call the pros. Honestly, most repairs are pretty cheap and it’s not worth injuring yourself over. I offer fast, affordable repairs throughout Parkinson, Richlands, Forest Lake and surrounding areas. How often should I service my garage door?
Some people will tell you to service your garage door every year, however if your garage door is in good condition, I find that every 2-3 years is usually sufficient. But if your door starts behaving erratically, or is making a loud noise, get it checked immediately!
